I am working in Public Sector Management in the Region of Latin America and the Caribbean of the Worl Bank. I am also especialized in urban planning and management, with a large experience on urban issues in Spain and in international organizations (OECD, Council of Europe, World Bank). I am particularly interested in urban and metropolitan planning, governance, institutions, management and fiscal sustainability. I have also large experience in the field of citizens participation at the local level.
